Are there any paramedic programs that don't require EMT or paramedic prep for acceptance?

There may be a few Zero to Hero programs out there where you get your EMT as part of the overall program at the beginning and they are usually AS or BS degree programs or municipal Fire and EMS department training academies ... But you are required to be an EMT prior to enrollment in a Paramedic program.

Pretty much universally, you need to get your EMT before you can complete medic school. It's dumb.
