NREMT Recertification Time

Hey everybody, trying to figure out how much time it take NREMT to post your recertification to your account. I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. My account still has not been updated, and my certification is expired. I overnighted my paperwork to them and they received it on the morning of the March 30th. I had my paperwork signed by my fire chief, medical director and myself, refresher completion and a copy of my CPR card sent in with the paperwork. I paid the fees and now have been waiting. NREMT is a requirement for school for my paramedic class. This is the first time I renewed my certification with National Registry. I realize this is the busy season for them, but just trying to figure out if almost 2 weeks is normal or if I should start thinking about calling and bothering them.

I emailed my stuff and had the recert posted the next morning. I printed my card and sent a PDF copy to the training officer for records. Two weeks seems long.
