Let's do the OP a favor by encouraging him/her and giving good advice. If you have something encouraging to say, please do -- you obviously have a lot of experience and have been active for a while, so perhaps you can offer some wisdom to Niccigsu instead of deciding that I've somehow said something unacceptable by stressing the need to be caring and compassionate.
