Hello everyone!! My name is Justin I just passed NREMT!! Going to register with Riverside County and CALI when the freeze is over on the 1st of July. Anybody know of some openings in Riverside County?

I was on that call! did standby for RSO and HPD. Anyways, OP have you looked into at least part time at AMR here? AFAIK, no full time EMT spots but worth a try.

jgmedic: Thanks for the info, I plan on applying for Part Time/Full Time at AMR in Hemet and Riverside as soon as I get my Riverside County Registration which hopefully will be as soon as next week. I did my Ride Outs at Riverside and thought everyone was great, it is only 20 minute drive from my house, Hemet is only a 4 minute drive, so they are my first choice, however I am not picky just want to get my foot in the door and start my new career.

Congrats on passing your standards. I'm new too. I just got my registry in April. Very competitve and I got most outstanding student award and graduated with high honors.
I volunteer at a local Fire Department. Its not a bad place to get experience and you can network there and people are usually willing to help you out. Best of luck to you man. keep me posted on your progress. Oh yeah, dont get any traffic violations!

Thanks!! I need to get a job quick, I heard of a couple openings here and there as well as EMT positions at the local Indian Casinos.

I've heard the casino gigs are pretty good. Never really looked into it much myself, though
