Hello everyone I am a registered Advanced EMT in Alabama and have been for about three months. I am currently unemployed and still looking. I have put a few applications but no replies. My biggest fear is forgetting what i have learned before i can get a job. So my question is can anyone give me ideas about what to do.

I have a hard time believing Newmans, Mobile County, AMR or Lifeguard arent hiring. Newmans used to always be a sure bet for a job.
Look over at Medstar or North Baldwin EMS also if you mind going across the bay.
None of the Mobile choices are stellar but its a job.

Why don't you consider doing some simple stuff online?
Like,writing articles for example...this is a very,very easy way to earn money,so consider doing this!One-two articles per hour and you have a good $10/hr wage!

Have you considered applying for hospital jobs? ERs like to hire EMT/Medics as techs.
