I know this has been covered but i havent found an exact answer to my question. I currently have 8 points on my license but im taking a class that will take 7 of them off. That being said the citation will still show up on my mvr i believe. Now do employers look at the Points more critically then the actual record of citations?

Talk to the employers you want to apply at.
8 points? wow I didn't know you can have that many and still have your driver license. While insurance company might just look at points, perspective employer will for sure look at the past history. The main concern of employer will be if you done it before are you reliable/safe driver now?
