Missed my online exam

So long story short, when I booked my test time online I clicked 12:45 thinking afternoon was a good time. Better judgement aside, I forgot to double check AM or PM turns out my test was supposed to be midnight last night. Now that ive missed it I know I have to pay again, whatever my mistake. However when I go to schedule another one it says I'm not preapproved for another test. Does anyone know if that counted as an "attempt" and I "failed" it by not showing up? Do I have to wait 15 days before rescheduling because of a no show?

I’ve done that before. Call the testing center support number and see what your options are.

In my case they just had to update a few settings on the backend to allow me to re-register.

Question: The system actually let you book a test for 00:45? Are the test centers even open at that time?
