So I'm taking the long beach AO test on saturday and I am not sure if it will just be an EMT test or more like a fire test with EMT questions. If anybody knows anything about this test I would appreciate all the info I can get.
Ahh same here. But not on Saturday. I'm taking it on Friday December 8 at 2pm. Let me know what type of questions. I was told it may be a civil service test with EMT questions thrown in. But it may not be.
You two should of received an email with instructions already.
From some conversations, the questions will only pertain to the EMT role, no fire questions at all. Also, there should be a limited number of civil service questions.
I wasn't given a number but I was told there was a large number of applicants and very few positions that are or will be open. (second hand info)
Either way, do well on the exam so you can get placed higher on the list.
I applied for that a while ago and I got the not qualified letter.... I had been working for a 911 provider in La county for 2 yrs and was a medic student... go figure. good luck.
