No. No handling of organs. The only "surgery" that I know of paramedics doing are emergency surgical airways. Other than that, I don't know of any other surgery paramedics can perform.

fire rescue, where are you posting from?

EMS job

I would like to know what the paramedics think on this website
how bad can some of the calls get if you are a EMT and or paramedic
does any of make you sick just dealing with it or after a wile do you get use to it.

Some calls can get very bad. The vast majority of calls, however, are not.

As far as how you deal with those calls, that's dependent on the individual. For some, gruesome accidents don't affect them at all. For others, the site of blood in the flash chamber of an IV makes them light headed. For those who are more sensitive to blood/guts/being overly-sympathetic, they either desensitize or don't last too long and get out.

EMS job

would you get use to it after a wile or would I always get sick from it
how would I get over this fear if I going to join my local rescue dept
I love public safety EMS and Fire.

Most people do, some don't. If you can, go volunteer somewhere for a while and see if they affect you or not.

Where are you from? If your looking to be working in the USA I would highly suggest you work on your english skills as it is a bit difficult to understand what you are saying, and you have to be able to understand and write english fairly well to write you run reports.

^Agreed. Punctuation would be greatly appreciated.

...unless you are not working in the USA?
Let us know, we have folks from all over.

Did you say you are on the local FD?

I would think you have a little bit of EMS knowledge?

Medic's handling organs? Loll..

There are certainly many fire departments (especially rural ones) that have no EMS operations at all. I don't find this uncommon around here.
