not to pick on the OP, but we see this question a lot. I'm curious why more candidates don't simply call and ask.
"Hello. I'm scheduled for an interview next week, and I was curious if you could give me an overview of the process."
I have done this with every interview and have never had a problem. Why rely on guess work when you can get it straight from the horse's mouth?
as far as the non EMS specific interview questions, there is a standardized set that is asked in almost every interview. Not all of them of course, but they're designed to deliver answers that can be used on a standardized grading matrix. Google "typical interview questions" and you'll find a list of about 35.
