How do you keep up your energy?

Healthy Diet
Daily Walk
Juice
Exercise
 
When my schedule allowed for it, I would be in the gym 5 days a week. I ate right around 2400 calories a day in 6ish meals. I had more energy then and the only caffeen was in my pre workout suppliment.
 
This has been going on for a while, but has the OP considered having his testosterone levels checked?

Of course this is if sleeping isn't the root issue.
