I just want to ask whoever is familiar with MCHD? What the working atmosphere there? Hows the morale of their employees? Whats your life will be during your employment process? Do you go to a class for x amount of time and your ride outs? If yes how many shifts? And after getting your p1 is it really mandatory to get your p2 status after months? Hows the work schedule? 24/48? And the pay scale, and hows their overtime? Thank you!
