A good FTO has gone a long way toward changing my attitude.

So, what made them a good FTO?
So, what flavor of Kool-Aid did you drink hahaha
J/K, glad to see things are working out better for you. It's amazing how a change in partner/FTO can turn a miserable shift into a fun one.
I remember my time at CCEMS. My 2nd FTO (you know the story) took some leave, and I was working with another medic for a few weeks. We got along great. Management was asking him on the down-lo how I was, and he said that I was fine, that he didn't see any problems. It seemed that I got along much better with people that came from other regions (he was from San Diego) than I did with the indigenous population.
Just get cleared by the FTO, and then you get your own bus where you can run calls the way you see fit.
Sell out to the man. Compromising your standards. Lowering... Oh never mind you said they helped you improve.
Yes a good FTO can be a great benefit.
