Finding CEUs

So my NR expires in March. I don’t have a lot of CEUs and when I start to look into where I can get them, it gets a bit overwhelming. Is there a good site where I can knock out all of my CEU requirements?

Train PA:

Train PA is the online learning management system for EMS providers to complete continuing education. When an EMS provider successfully completes a PA approved class on Train PA, the system will automatically apply the continuing education credits into the EMS provider’s record in the PA EMS Registry.
