Michigan is a pretty big state, Two peninsulas', nearly 10,000,000 people, 83 counties, 276 Cities, and 1240 townships.

But to be quite frank, HVA (maybe not sure if they hire basics)

Look at Community EMS, Alliance Mobile Health, Star EMS, Concord Ambulance, Superior Ambulance, Huron Valley Ambulance, Beaumont Medical Transportation, amongst others.

I'm fond of star EMS. HVA shys away from BLS. Alliance is good.
