Star EMS employee dies while on the job

41 year old EMT from a company where I did my clinicals, died today during a psych transfer.

The guy collapsed to the ground outside of the hospital and later died.

Very sad. Thoughts and prayers go, out to those who knew him.

Having worked in the area, and knowing quite a few people that worked for Star EMS, that is absolutely tragic.

My thoughts are with his family, friends, and colleagues.

Everyone around here is quite upset.

They are setting up Counseling and debreifing today for their employees.
