anyone used this? looks like a useful tool for a fire department or non-transporting first responder provider without a full cardiac monitor.

The CORE 500™ is the modern stethoscope replacement, combining 3-lead ECG, unmatched audio clarity, and waveform visualizations, with available Eko+ connectivity for AI insights, exam recording, and sharing.

When paired with Eko’s latest AI model¹, clinicians can identify structural murmurs associated with heart disease while reducing unnecessary follow-ups driven by innocent murmurs.

I have one and use it on every shift. To date I have never needed the EKG function that it has and the only time I have ever used it was just playing around with it. I mainly like it for the noise cancellation and amplification functions. I had their other stethoscope as my primary however the issue I kept having was that it would accidentally get turned on during the shift and then when I would need to use it, the battery would be dead and since there is no battery level indicator on it, it was always a surprise.

I wouldn't recommend any treatments based off of the EKG that is produced by this. If you already don't have a full cardiac monitor, I don't see any benefit in using the EKG function. If you already have a full cardiac monitor, I don't see any benefit in using the EKG function.
