I get a "Hotlinking Error" when I click on the two links.

I have to stare at them a little more but my first guess is

1. RSR (we say regular, not normal, because what's normal?)
2. Torsades possibly - but I would need to see a longer strip to confirm.

487 - appears to be NSR or maybe a Sinus Tach since the HR is 99 per the printing on the rhythm strip. Really hard to say for sure given a six second strip is'nt provided.

488 - Looks like V-Tach or possibly Torsades given the inconsistent morphology.
