Duty sweater

So I'm on a volunteer department, and I have to be on a year until they will give me a department sweater of any kind. With winter coming I want to just buy my own blank one. My question is, what are they called/ what should I search for? I'm referring to the ones that have like a chest pocket on either side, quarter zip, with the pen pocket on the sleeve

the 5.11 ones are nice but can be expensive.

I have a galls one and a 5.11 one. The galls are much lighter than the 5.11.

The Game makes a real good job shirt , last a good long time and are made in the USA, con is they do fade and end of sleeves fray.

Our "official" job shirt is the 5.11. They hold up well and don't fade.

Add another vote for the 5.11. Though I do like the Mountain Hardware softshells that we get where I am now.
