Diabetic, malaise pt, no cp,sob/dib

Dialysis pt, all bets are basically off.

Had an interesting case the other week that added to my differential diagnosis for altered mental status during/after dialysis..... Dialysis Dysequilibrium Syndrome. Basically if the BUN is lowered too quickly, osmotic shift, cerebral edema, AMS, etc... Treated with mannitol or 3% saline.
 
Any chance we could get more information about the call? Age/sex, complaint/s, vitals, physical exam, H/A/M? Might have missed it but did he finish his session today? How much did they draw off?

Doesn't seem like an MI to me.
