Cypress Creek Interview

Hey All,

I got a interview with Cypress Creek and I am quite nervous about it. I was wondering if anyone in here had a interview with them and could give me an heads up on what to expect. Like what type of questions they ask. What to be prepared for and any type of tips would be great.

When I did mine in 2016, it was a cognitive test (FISDAP test at your cert level), with a cutting score of 70%, followed by a personality test (generic validated Myers-Briggs written test with no real right or wrong answers, the way you test is the test). Then, scenarios (a megacode). Successful candidates got a panel interview.
 
I passed fisdap and the personality test. I have a panel interview Monday at 1pm. Do you have any tips for the panel interview?

I have absolutely nothing to contribute other than F that test. If it's the same as the one I took as an exit exam for medic school it made NREMT a breeze.
 
Dress professionally, tell them why you want to work here, etc
