So being a truck driver it is expensive to eat in truck stops. Invested a little under 200 in this entire setup, and now randomly post pics of me grilling wherever I am at the moment.

If you come physically find me, I'll share. I answer one of state, highway, or truck stop chain.

Today's menu was two packages of pork tenderloins that were coming up on their use by date. I often get pork simply because it's cheaper and lasts longer than beef in my fridge.

Seasoned with garlic salt, black pepper cayenne, paprika and a rub called Oink.

Funny...DOT gets upset if I cook while driving. That being said burritos wrapped in foil on engine block or on dash above defroster aren't unheard of
