Hey everyone, I figure I'd post this here, as this is more of an NREMT question. Forgive me if this is the wrong place.

So, With all this EBOLA "stuff" going on a company (CEUfast.com) put on a 2 contact hour course on EBOLA. There was some squawk back and forth on facebook whether or not this would count for NREMT con-ed hours. Does anyone have experience with this website? I imagine someone must have come across something like this (website with free con-ed and does it count towards nremt license)

I could see it counting towards continuing education, but it may be filed under "elective"

That is what I figured or at least my gut told me. I figured I'd hit this forum up because typically it is a great resource.

Might wanna hang around and see what others have to say as well.

I think it's elective because yes you are getting more education however it's not common life saving skills or knowledge.... YET

You can only have 16 hours total of distributed education. Make sure its accredited under the nremt listings.
