Typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here. How do you handle conflict. What do you do if you see your partner pocket something that belongs to a patient.
There may be some medical/scenario questions too.

The written tests covers everything from laws about being an EMT to OB questions (60-80 total questions). Then there is a personality test that is 60-80 questions of "do you agree or disagree with this statement".

Where I'm at they also threw in a hands-on scenario too. Pretty straightforward but wanted to know if you knew the local transport destinations (STEMI, trauma, etc.).
