All, I am looking for some administrative help. The individual who was previously “running” our EMS portion of the department quit/got fired. By the looks of it I will be the lucky one doing most of the admin tasks.
Can anyone provide me the requirements, such as NYSDOH 800 and CON that is required for a volunteer fire department in NY that has an ALS ambulance service (I have an ALS Admin) I want to make sure I have the necessary items to help make my dept. successful. Also any other resources would be greatly appreciated!

You should ask your state’s Office of EMS those type of questions. Hopefully that would be more accurate than a bunch of Internet folk from all over the country/world. Good luck!
