How deep into A&P does the exam go? I feel pretty good about the test, but am worried that it goes in depth back into the A&P we learned at the beginning of the course that frankly I don't remember much of.
Hard to say. I just took my NR on Tuesday and I didn't have hardly any A&P. But I passed in 80 questions. My understanding is there's a bank of nearly 1000 questions that the computer can choose from, so I really don't know how many are A&P related.
I dont remember having any specific anatomy questions when i did my NREMT, but I remember it seeming like at least half of the 70 questions i had were on receptor sites and mechanism of action of medications. Including 2 identical questions on racemic epinephrine use on stridor and why it worked.
