I'd guess like any other fairly major holiday, with more burn victims thrown into the mix (fireworks and alcohol dont go well together)
Soo in the Great State of New Jersey, your required to complete 10 straight hours in the ER. I got assigned the night shift for the 4th of July.. My question to all is: How bad is it on the 4th of July, and if any past experiences please tell all.
depends on the hospital. busy urban trauma centers will probably be swamped. quite local hospitals will probably not be as busy.Soo in the Great State of New Jersey, your required to complete 10 straight hours in the ER. I'm working Saturday on the rig for a city that has a trauma center in it, so I am expected it to be busy. I am working in dispatch on Sunday for another city that has a different Level 1 trauma center in it. Luckily both days are time and a half, so I am expecting to have to work for my money.
which hospital are you going to be working in?
Actually, they mix too well. Like 240v and water. Or that sweing needle left by my sister on the couch and my rear end.
Oh and take a change of socks.
