Yeah in way. candidates stand on this platform and put their arms in a 90 degree angle, get in a position to bicep curl in a standing position and pull up as hard as possible until we are able to get to 75lbs
It’s LifeMed Alaska. My proctor actually told me that their physical is actually the hardest one they have conducted for many years... harder than the Alaska state troopers and airport staff who have to take their physicals.

Will that benefit me as a new EMT in the field?
Do you guys recommend it or is there something else that you guys recommend?
