I have over 30 hours (and going) of free CE via NREMT and NAEMSE so far. Add BLS recert and a skills sheet sign off by ANY EMT and I pretty much don’t pay more than $25 (tax deductible) every two years. It’s not hard and requiring CE does improve knowledge.
