The county has absolute control of the scene and can decide what medical treatments are done and what can the private ambulance paramedic can do ( being the gurney jockey ). Welcome to gainzville ! Time to pay the toll to get swole! In other words start hitting the gym. That means start lifting bars and doing squats and build that extra muscle that you need, no offense but i seen females lift more than you.

When i used to run a few of those dialysis calls i was professional with the patient and the whole aspect of patient care. What i tried to say is what is so cool about running those calls when many of those patients only require a wheel chair van and rarely a gurney van. Hopefully soon enough...

AMR is just about numbers, the scary part is they can do that anytime with any division. Its been done in the past where they lay off everyone and leave the county because their numbers arent growing. Business is business. Good luck my fellow R/M comrades.
