Hello I was curious on how you would handle a call for a 15 year old with a fish hook stuck In the back of his neck. Both barbs penetrated the skin. I'm thinking normal saline to wash injury then 4×4 then wrap with roller gauze. Any suggestions?

Hey, guys and gals if I take a driver improvement class to get demerit points off my license will that look good on application I currently have 3 demerit points I'm still plus 2 points on my license. I really want an ems job and I think my driving record will keep me from getting what I want.
