I know I'm sorry. I just have low self-esteem, and anxiety and depression so I feel like that has a lot to do with it, and perhaps working out (martial arts) will help.

Hello, I didn't want to start a new topic because I found older ones on martial arts, but I have a question..... I feel as if I am too old to start martial arts because I am 28 and I should have started when I was younger... What do you guys think?

Someone suggested to me that I begin with Krav Maga , but I am really not sure what that is. I want to start Tae Kwon Do soon :) 30 hours for $30 for the first month, so well see if I like it or not. I want something to get in shape, because I feel so out of shape.

Hello, I posted a couple of months ago, I am moving back to States,( Boston) in 2 months, and I want to start getting my life together, by attending an EMT-B program. I am going to be working full-time Monday - Sat so I am trying to find a program that meets nights, or atleast Sat and Sun...

i doubt massachusetts will ever offer a 2 week course on this.. are there any books someone can reccomend for me?
