I would take it, But before you do look into the return policy and see if there is a money back policy if you drop early. But Its lots of fun and dont think it would be a problem and like others mentioned the knowledge is good to have for your kids

I had to write an essay paper on why I wanted to be a medic, Have a current basic license, with CPR, then a basic interview, just the usual questions on why do you want to be a medic, and they explained how tough the program was and that its a fulltime commitment. Study! Study! Study! my instructors suggested 2-3 hours of study time after class. It worked for me, did lots of flash cards, the drugs had their own supplied cards was great can do those almost anywhere. P.S. dont fall asleept at clinicals too!

I can see your issues, like everything else there is opinions, although I get called EMT all the time since everyone else is a basic EMT where I work at and me being the only paramedic. With my line of work nobody knows what the difference is, and probably does not care either that is real upsetting
