This is true going into gang or ethnic related club fights, the police do pretty well with keeping onlookers away from us and the Pt but when we're moving to the rig i've seen other fights break out again.

Tasers are banned in New Jersey, so i don't have to ever deal with them. Although I do suppose some persons I have dealt with would have been easiser dealt with using tasers rather than OC spray.

I have a service supplied Jump kit and O2, the only thing i bough was a bag better than the one they gave me. I do first respond to scenes in my POV which is why i carry these items.

I'll wear a radio strap occasionally (i think i'm going to wear it tomorrow), sometimes i will have my radio on my belt, some times i will carry it in a pocket if i don't have the speaker mic, sometimes i have a really whackerish partner who will loan me an earwig setup which lands the radio...
