Like other have said, cards deem stacked against you for EMS, but if your end goal is PA, in my opinion doing EMS would be a waste for you. While doing EMS would be a great experience to have, getting through all the challenges you face may just not be worth it for you. My recommendations...

Good Job!! I actually did my senior project in High School on the KED (nerd I know) . Glad to hear it's still used, should be used more often in my opinion, especially around where I work.

So after a few family deaths and a very bad breakup with my now EX-fiance over the past year, things are starting to get better and turn around.... feels wierd, but in a good way.

Use bug & tar remover with some type of sponge that is wrapped in mesh, works great on bugs. For the hard to reach places try and find one of those windshield washers you find at the gas station but with a longer pole, should be able to find one at a truck stop.

In my area, I think the starting pay for a Basic that is fair should be at least 12.50 and hour and starting for a medic should be at least 17.50 an hour.

Just peachey keen. Came into work this morning during the tropical storm or depression or whatever it is now, and our radios were down, had to call everyone to give them calls. On the upside, radios are working now and we have gotten some much, MUCH needed rain in our area!!
