Have you tried to gain weight previously? Reason I ask is despite all of those fancy workouts you won't gain muscle unless you can eat to grow that muscle. Trust me I wasted plenty of time in the gym. Not a single pound gained.

I wish ours looked more like police gear. We have terrible, heavy pants from a uniform company. The shirt sleeves are too long, I look like a slob.

We clean very poorly. Our company is too cheap for wipes and we usually run out of spray. I don't wear uniforms home and boots stay in the trunk. I'm very germophobic.
