    Several areas of the country have been doing 200 for a few years as part of a long term study. The modified hand position has also been in practice for the last 3 years or so. It too, is expected to be among the minor changes coming up. We started teaching it here in 2007 or 2008...I forget which.

    interview attire

    A tidy hair cut, clean shaven (if it applies), a button down shirt, neatly pressed slacks, belt and polished shoes.... if the interview is for an EMT or Paramedic position. If it's fire, a suit isn't out of the question. Good luck. Hope ya get the job!

    3 months of waiting

    Nope. AHA has a 30 day window before cards have to be issued. Many TC's won't hand them out until all paperwork has been accounted for. Note that the TC doesn't have to be accountable for their time, only the instructor.
