Im confused on why there were meds pushed before they knew what was going on on the monitor, and also, why in the world there "were no compressions during transport" ??? Was she confirmed to be in vfib after transport started, and if so, how long after ?

If the service puts on EMT classes, and the instructor is a senior paramedic, do you think that student should ride 3rd, or be precepted, by their instructor while doing clinicals in the field ? It seems to have people up in a roar around here. Just curious as to what your opinion is.

Sometimes there can be way to many people on an arrest. In our service, we have one paramedic, one emt and then the supervisor will make our location if needed so the emt can drive. We handle them like this quite often, and more times than not.

According to all of the post that I have read from you, I would highly suggest that you do some more research on this field before you go into it. Just my opinion.

Just out of curiosity, didnt you know or do some research on what this field was about before you became a student ? This is what happens, and some people cant cope, therefor they dont get into this field in the first place.
