Seems like a good workout for those who don't have a lot of time on their hands.

If I were you I would probably stay away from cardio, focus on lifting weights and lifting heavy. Make sure you have bench press, squats, and deadlift in your workout routines. Eat lots of protein.

Keto diet. Tough but definitely works quickly.

As mentioned before, all the online tools are great for studying for this test.

Online prep/apps are good tools but you have to know how to use them right. Take the practice tests/quizzes w/e and find which areas you're weak at (don't forget subjects like operations) and then reread/focus on those areas and learn the main concepts, memorizing the questions won't help.

There's a lot of great practice test apps out there. I recommend trying something of the sort to see where your weak areas are and then focus on them. Don't memorize the questions though, only use these tools to identify poor areas and focus on learning the concepts.

I wouldn't recommend trying to take an EMT course online. There is just so much you can learn from an in-person instructor.

It's very challenging but possible. If anything I would recommend trying to switch to part time. Remember you will probably be doing 2 12 hour shift clinicals a week along with school/homework. Also as mentioned before, it really depends on the job you're working.

Really glad they're switching to this, I fell like c-spine has kind of gotten out of hand with most services having protocols to backboard pretty much every trauma patient.

From my experience with AMR the starting pay was 17.41 for a fresh medic.
