    Take a deep breath, and pretend that you are in the lab practicing. Do what you know how to do, and ask questions when you are unsure about something new. You could also try to laugh at yourself - at your own nervousness. Humor has a way of putting things in perspective.

    Walk Walk Walk. Besides making time for walking, fit it in to your normal schedule: Once your shopping cart is full, then walk a few laps around the inside of a store. In parking lots, park far from your destination. Any place that you go, walk around for a little bit at your destination...

    I'll make a recommendation, and that is that you have to manage your doctor. Unfortunately there are no concrete tests to tell how the medicine is working; it is all based on how you feel. So monitor yourself - and LISTEN to feedback from your family on how you are - and then keep following up...
