don't worry about body weight.
you will eventually see less overall weight loss when you start to lose and are exercising because you are adding muscle. it'll look like your fat loss is slowing...

damn bud, are close to my stats as well.
6.3, 355. i used to be up at 420 before i started paying attention to that and my diabetes. i still a have a large body fat ratio that's gotta be reduced.

well next week is the last week of summer class and i'm pulling an A in my Essentials of A&P class. i see where it will be a good foundation to build on for A&P I. i'll be taking that inext spring, and most likely a biology and a chem class.
