I won't give you ANY answers or questions, but I will say this: Know your treatments for each, and the difference between pathophysiology presentations i.e heat stroke vs heat cramps at the cellular levels. Trauma is pretty straight forward.

I generally leave any questions until after we are returning to the station. That's just from my personal experiences.

We don't have "CCP" designation here either. EMT-P is at the top of the food chain, and if you fly, most services will provide additional training/sims etc but unfortunately we don't have that designation.

I am currently learning about them In school. Has anyone started one/ maintained a chest tube in their internship?? Where else can I find information aside from what's on PPTs. Thanks!
