I sold one, the one I have left is biphasic, 3/12 lead ECG, Sp02, defib. It has everything but no paddles

Is it really an upside down LP12? before you sell it you may want to mirror the picture so that it accurately represents what you are trying to sell?

as a side note, does one need a Rx to buy a manual defib?

its not upside down its sideways
 
Im pretty sure you do need a script even for public access AEDs. But it may be state dependent.
