i am interested in working for a private ambulance company in WA.

I would wait till you can get a hold of a person, asking when they answer the phone for Human Resources is helpful, it often gets you to the right person, or at least the right answering machine. The general answering machine just gets dumped by whoever answers the phone and you never really get an answer from it.
