Find little opportunities to study.
I study on the way to class on the train, in the bathroom, while I'm eating etc. Flashcards are a good way of doing this. Then you can throw them in your bag and study whenever you have a chance.
I go to college full time, have 3 part-time jobs, and do volunteer SAR. I somehow also miraculously have a social life, which I find to be extremely important. If I didn't, I would be a complete burn-out.
