Alright OP, let make a deal here. You provide me with your analysis on the following criteria and then I will tell you what the rhythm is.

Rate
Rhythm
Pr interval
Qrs analysis
 
Ok so heres the deal...

While on shift last week I started having some chest pain. Im 22, in average-good shape, no past med HX, no meds. Felt like pressure in side my chest, pushing outward. Imaging squeezing a balloon in your hand and trying to blow it up at the same time. Lasted for around 15-20 mins, started after eating lunch, just sitting around. Didnt eat anything hot or spicy. So I hooked myself up to the monitor, sat completely still. I dont know alot about EKG's, thats why I ask.
