Volunteer oppurtunities for EMT's

Hello everyone. I am a recent certified EMT-B in the state of Florida. This is my first post on the forums so be nice . Anyways I am currently unavailable to start applying for jobs until the end of summer when I finish an internship for school. I was just wondering if any of knew of any ways that an EMT can volunteer. I really want to practice my skills as much as possible so I can stay current plus the fact that volunteering looks good on a resume. Any feedback is welcome!

You'll do fine. I'm a volley down in Texas and I stating to realize no one turns down a free EMT. Look around you'll find something .

Check with local Fire Depts or ambulances, I don't know if you have any volly services there.
