Transferring to CARE/McCormick

I can say that there are more than a few dispatchers at many of these ambulance companies who were removed from the field for whatever reason(at least 5 for DUI that I know for sure). so I will agree with your assessment on that @DrParasite , you get what you pay for and taking people who have no interest in being in the comm center, or were put there as a punishment is a good way to have subpar work. You do get what you pay for, and public safety dispatchers in SoCal make very good money(with a few exceptions). I also can say it just goes along with the ****show of CA private EMS.
