Think before you post anything online

I wonder how the British courts will react to this. He posted a comment on his private facebook page. At what point is making a comment to a friend or friends considered a breech of protocol? I honestly don't know. Err on the side of caution, of course, but facebook is a private website and one might have certain expectations of privacy.
