I have a few questions:
1. What made you decide to pursue EMS?
a. Something you always had a passion for growing up
b. Didn't know what to do in life and that sounded good or decent in the moment
c. Family tradition - Your bloodline was always involved in emergency services
d. You used this as a stepping stone for other healthcare careers
e. It was an alternative to another career you were involved with that you did not like
f. You didn't have the money or the grades to pursue higher level education
g.You thought it would be a glorious field of work until you realized it was not for you and you are stuck/sucked in.

2. Do you like working in EMS?
a. Yes
b. No
c. So-so
3. What is your greatest dislike about EMS?
a. Low pay
b. Minimal support from community
c. Management
d. Long hours
e. Hostile work environment (from co workers)
f. Politics
g. Dangerous
